Please note- the rate includes shooting, travel time plus basic editing and licensing fees. Please keep in mind projects may require multiple trips during different times of the day, and coordination and staging is required. Add drone photography for a whole new perspective!

When you add drone you get-

1 hour with drone = 1 launch site and 5-15 images

1/2 day with drone = 2 launch sites and 10-20 images

full day with drone = 3-4 launch sites and 20+ images

*please remember drone is dependent on weather, wind and FAA regulations.

**Marketing shoots are done Monday-Friday. If you need a weekend appointment please let us know, we may be able to accommodate with advance notice.

*** Marketing shoot service area is within 25 miles of Berlin MD. Travel fees will apply for projects outside of that area.

NEW- 10 project/sites package- for customers who have multiple projects that will take an hour or less* and can’t all be done in one day- We have just the package for you! We will even provide you with access to our schedule OR we can assist you with scheduling your customers. You can also add drone shots to this package. * full shoots usually take about an hour for every 2000 sq. ft. and result in up to 20 photos- so if your home is very large please keep in mind you may need to use multiple shoots from your package.

You can even use shoots from your package for a twilight session!
