As an Operations Manager I enjoy creating structure, solving problems and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. I'm someone who pays attention to the details but also values the people I work with and the relationships that make a team successful. I thoroughly enjoy staying active and bringing a practical, get it done mindset to whatever im working on. I appreciate being a part of a team where people support one another and don’t take themselves too seriously.

If you had a superpower, what would it be?

I would absolutely slow down time and I would love to re - live some of my favorite days with my favorite people.

What’s your favorite part of working with the team?

By far and away the people - the teamwork, the positive energy, the CREATIVITY is unmatched and I just feel lucky I get to help keep it flowing daily.
